2. What data we collect
2.1 Information you submit
When you complete our contact form (“Book a Free Call”) or correspond with us, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, work email, phone number, country, company or website, your monthly organic revenue range before a decline, and a description of your situation.
2.2 Technical information
When you visit our website we automatically collect limited technical data, such as IP address, browser and device type, and information generated by Cloudflare Turnstile, which we use to protect our forms from automated abuse.
2.3 Client analytics data (Google Search Console and Google Analytics)
Where you engage us for a diagnosis, audit, or recovery service, you may grant us access to your Google Search Console and/or Google Analytics accounts. We access this data solely to analyse your site’s search visibility and to perform the services you have requested. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and you can revoke access at any time.
3. How and why we use your data
- To respond to your inquiry and communicate with you.
- To prepare and deliver a visibility diagnosis, audit, or recovery service.
- To manage our engagement, contracts, and invoicing.
- To protect our website and services from abuse.
Our legal bases under the GDPR are your consent (when you submit the form), the performance of a contract (when we deliver services to you), and our legitimate interests (to respond to business inquiries and to secure our services).
4. Google API Services — Limited Use
Search Diagnostics’ use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data obtained from Google Search Console and Google Analytics is used only to provide the services requested by the account owner, and is never sold or used for advertising.
5. Cookies
We use only essential cookies required for the website to function and to protect our forms (including caching and Cloudflare security). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
6. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate, such as website hosting, email (Google Workspace), Cloudflare (security), and scheduling tools. These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements.
7. International transfers
We are based in Lithuania (EU). Some of our service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
8. Data retention
We keep inquiry and client data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, to meet legal and accounting obligations, or until you ask us to delete it. Access to any analytics accounts you share is used only for the duration of the engagement.
9. Security and confidentiality
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, use least-privilege access to any accounts you share with us, and are willing to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before receiving sensitive access.
10. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@searchdiagnostics.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian supervisory authority, the State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija, ada.lt).
11. Children
Our services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
